Cyber terrorism

The topic i chose for my speech is cyber terrorism/Cyber hacking if your wondering Cyber terrorism is when threats are made to government agencies and big companies with popular websites to be hacked and send viruses to peoples computers for example MafiaBoy a fifteen year old canadian male who hacked yahoo Ebay amazon.com  CNN and many other websites launching virus attacks to any who visited those site with 16 attacks per second and the attack lasted for 3 hours  eventually  they found out that the cyber avatar MafiaBoy who was thought to be a 40 year old computer genius was just Michael Calce  a 15 year old canadian boy in west montreal the attacks made the economic damage of 1.7 billion canadian dollars roughly 1.2 billion us dollars other attack threats have been sent  to the american government but most of them make that almost ALL of them where pranks or embarrassing failed attempts of hacking and blackmailing the F.B.I and C.I.A . threats have also come from the middle east on the al-qaeda  website shows a picture of a cracked computer screen implying that a number of cyber attacks will be made against the U.S government so there you go there is your crash course on Cyber Terrorism now all i need is an arguable statement so please post some of your ideas for my statement thanks!
